How to create your CleanClicks account, sign in, and what the 14-day money-back guarantee covers.

Getting started with CleanClicks is quick. Sign up, pick a plan, complete checkout, and the onboarding wizard handles the rest.

Getting Your Account

Go to platform.cleanclicks.io/signup, enter your email and domain, pick a plan, and finish payment through Stripe. You'll land in the onboarding wizard as soon as checkout completes.

Once your account exists, sign in at platform.cleanclicks.io with either of two methods:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Check your inbox for a sign-in link (arrives within a few seconds)
  3. Click the link to access your account

The magic link expires after 15 minutes. If it expires, just request a new one. No password to remember or manage.

Google Sign-In

  1. Click Sign in with Google
  2. Choose your Google account
  3. You're in

Google sign-in uses your Google account's verified email. If you later want to sign in via magic link instead, use the same email address and both methods will access the same account.

What Happens After Sign-In

Every subscription is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied for any reason, contact support within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. That gives you a risk-free window to set up your domain and verify your tracking configuration.

The onboarding wizard launches automatically to walk you through the essential setup steps. You can complete it in one sitting or come back to it later.

Account Details

Your account is tied to your email address. A few things to know:

  • One account per email. If you need separate accounts for different businesses, use different email addresses.
  • Your name and company can be updated anytime in Settings.
  • Sessions are secure. You'll stay logged in for 7 days. After that, you'll need to sign in again.

Signing In Later

Return to platform.cleanclicks.io anytime and sign in with either method (magic link or Google). Both point to the same account as long as the email matches.
