CleanClicks provides first-party conversion tracking for supported WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom-site installations. It can reduce browser-related measurement gaps, filter configured unwanted traffic, and send supported events to connected analytics and ad destinations.

Results still depend on the site, consent state, event definition, destination credentials, and the completed installation.

The First-Party Subdomain

CleanClicks gives you a tracking subdomain on your own domain, such as cleanclicks.yourdomain.com. You create it as a CNAME record in your DNS and point it at CleanClicks. Tracking requests then go to that subdomain rather than to a third-party tracking domain, so the browser sees a request to your own site, and cookies set on that path are first-party cookies.

What It Does

  • First-party request paths can reduce blocking associated with known third-party tracking domains.
  • Server-side delivery can send supported events after the browser path has collected the required identifiers and consent state.
  • Configured bot and market filters can remove traffic that matches the selected rules.
  • GA4 and Usermaven provide an analytics layer that must be verified against the actual property and events.

Current Destinations

The current ad destinations are Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads. GA4 and Usermaven are analytics connections and do not use an ad-destination slot.

CleanClicks supports guided paths for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom sites. The exact path depends on the current plugin, pixel, webhook, consent setup, and destination configuration.

How It Works (The Short Version)

  1. You add your domain to CleanClicks.
  2. You create the DNS record that routes the tracking subdomain through CleanClicks.
  3. You install the CleanClicks script tag, WordPress plugin, or Shopify Custom Pixel on your site.
  4. You connect your ad platforms.
  5. CleanClicks captures conversions on the first-party path and relays them server-side to each connected destination.

Setup

Setup is guided, but the elapsed time depends on DNS access, site access, consent configuration, destination credentials, caching, and the events being tested. Treat the first correctly received meaningful event as the installation acceptance point.
