Billing and Plans

Manage your subscription, view invoices, and change plans from the Billing page.

Accessing Billing

Go to Billing in the sidebar.

Your Subscription

The Billing page shows:

  • Current plan — which tier you're on (Pulse, Signal, Clarity, or Command)
  • Billing cycle — monthly or annual
  • Current period — when your billing period started and when it renews
  • Status — active, trialing, past due, or canceled

Choosing a Plan

During or after your trial, select a plan:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Review the plan cards with features and pricing
  3. Click Subscribe on your chosen plan
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves 10%)
  5. Complete checkout via Stripe

Stripe handles all payment processing. CleanClicks never sees or stores your credit card details.

Changing Plans

Upgrading

Click Upgrade on a higher-tier plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

Click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your current tier until then.

Switching Billing Cycle

To switch between monthly and annual (or vice versa), use the Stripe billing portal (accessible from the Billing page).

Invoices

View and download past invoices from the Billing page. Invoices are generated by Stripe and include:

  • Plan charges
  • Overage charges (if applicable)

Managing Payment

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update payment method
  • Change billing address
  • View full invoice history
  • Cancel subscription

Trial Period

New accounts start with a 14-day trial. During the trial:

  • Full access to all platform features
  • No credit card required
  • All plans available to test

When the trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using CleanClicks.

Overages

If you exceed your plan's monthly session limit, tracking continues uninterrupted. Overages are billed at your plan's rate:

Overage charges appear on your next invoice.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe portal
  3. Click Cancel subscription

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, tracking stops and your configuration is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
